Once incorporated, a company is advised to obtain the necessary license/permit/approval from the relevant authorities before commencing business i.e. registration with Inland Revenue Board, Employees Provident Fund, Social Security Organisation and Human Resources Development Fund, applying for Business Premises licence and Signboard licence etc.
