Failure to supply such Personal Data may result in us being unable to commence or continue our provision of services.

Generally, we collect Personal Data directly from you. We will ask you for Personal Data when you interact with us, such as registering on our websites, signing up to receive a newsletter, or engaging us to provide services. We may collect additional information from third party data suppliers who enhance our files and help us better understand our customers. If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third party (i.e. information of your spouse, children, parents, and/or employees), by submitting such information to us, you represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the consent of third party to provide us with their Personal Data for the respective purposes.

Retention of Personal Data

We will retain your Personal Data for only as long as the purposes for which such data is collected or used continues, or where necessary for our legal or business purposes (“Purposes”).

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that all Personal Data is destroyed or permanently deleted if it is no longer required for those Purposes, within seven (7) days from the completion of the commercial transaction, unless required to be kept in our records for legal and compliance purposes.

We will take reasonable care to preserve the confidentiality and security of your personal data stored with us in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to prevent the unauthorised or unlawful procession of your Personal Data.

 

Transfer and Sharing of Personal Data

From time to time, it may become necessary for us to transfer, store and process your Personal Data to a country or jurisdiction outside Malaysia for which the Personal Data is collected, including for reasons that our servers may be located outside Malaysia. In this regard, we have the sole discretion in deciding whether to transfer your Personal Data.
